Shipping PolicyShipping: We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair bundles, wigs, or hair extensions. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will work to resolve the issue. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and return policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team. Haircare Tips for Your Bundles & Extensions Gentle Washing: Use a sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water to cleanse your bundles, avoiding harsh rubbing or twisting. Follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. Deep Conditioning: Keep your extensions soft and manageable by deep conditioning them at least once a week. Let the conditioner sit for 15-30 minutes before rinsing. Minimal Heat Styling: Limit the use of heat tools like flat irons and curling wands. Always apply a heat protectant when styling to prevent damage. Proper Storage: When not in use, store your bundles or wigs in a silk or satin bag to prevent tangling and maintain their quality. Avoid Excessive Products: Heavy oils and styling products can weigh down the hair and cause buildup. Use lightweight serums or leave-in conditioners for shine and hydration. Brush with Care: Use a wide-tooth comb or a paddle brush to detangle your hair gently, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Protect at Night: Wrap your hair with a silk or satin scarf or sleep on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction and maintain moisture. DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS ~ DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED ~ Each service may require a different deposit amount so please read all service descriptions thoroughly ~ Deposits can be paid via website ~ Deposits are deducted from total cost of service but are NON-refundable/transferable ~ Cancellations can be completed up to 48 hours in advance of appointment.
